The InterRail team came to Nonfiction with the vision of creating a web app for marketing, e-commerce, and benefit fulfillment. We integrated with their agile development team and took an iterative approach to launching ItaliaPass.
Through discovery research, we defined target user personas that spanned from budget travelers to luxury vacationers. We created user stories for marketing and purchasing — seamlessly funnelling vistors through a signup and payment process.
We sketched iterations of the site's layout before later evolving them into a responsive HTML prototype. This process enabled the engineering team to plan the data architecture while simultaneously allowing the product team to finesse the content.
We partnered with Caponetti Creative to create the branding and visual aesthetic for our responsive page templates. Each template type received unique photography and design elements that culminated in an engaging visual presence and accentuated critical benefit details.
